Dr Ava was so thorough and took her time to explain everything to me. It was my first day with her team and I had agreed to a deep cleaning on the fly. I’ve had less than pleasant experiences before at other offices where the anesthetic injections were painful enough that I would pre-medicate with Tylenol and a lidocaine swish with my subsequent appointments. I didn’t have the opportunity to pre-medicate today and yet I had the least painful anesthetic injection ever from her hands- it was very impressive. And I’ve never fallen asleep during cleanings and yet my hygienist caught me a few times dozing off because again, this team’s deft hands kept me practically pain-free. I’m very happy with my switch!
